Passionate about gastronomy, I studied in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire and obtained a CAP Cuisine then specializations in pastry and chocolate. I have trained with the greatest chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Jacques Chibois, Michel Bras…
I worked in several gourmet restaurants in the Amboise region such as the Manoir Saint-Thomas, the Château de Chissay, the Château d'Artigny before leaving for the South of France where I also worked at the Mas d 'Artigny to Saint-Paul de Vence.
Then for 28 years, I worked as a Chef at the French Institute in Villefranche-sur-Mer where I also led culinary workshops, before returning to my native region to open Au nom des Dames, maison et guest table.

In the evening, I suggest you dine at the table d'hôtes for a moment of sharing and conviviality.
Using regional and garden products, I will be keen to cook a complete menu for your pleasure:

The drinks are not included, you might order:
Loire Valley wine (white/red/rosé): 15 euros per 75 cl bottle
Soft drinks: Coca-Cola, Orangina or Fanta, Ice-Tea in a can (33 cl). or orange juice (25 cl): 2 euros per can.

Reservation method
You can book the room and the table d'hôtes directly online or select a room and add the table d'hôtes as an option. The table d'hôtes is confirmed for any online reservation made at least 48 hours before the desired date.
Less than 48 hours before your arrival, you can contact me by telephone to check the availability of the table d'hôtes.
Room service is not offered.
